Number of Participants

3-3. Any more any it's to many creative egos: less and people get bullied.

Necessary Supplies

Creative's and a selection of "raw meat" concepts.

Activity

Roughly detail your concepts in preparation for presenting them to a group. Throw your ideas into the "lion pit" and prepare to have them ripped apart. Think about each idea this way: It's a raw-meat concept that's just too juicy and seductive for the group not to try to devour it.

After the feeding frenzy, pick up all the pieces that are left and bolt them together. Throw them back into the pit again. Repeat this as many times as you can before you either (1) feel suicidal; (2) feel like you don't want any more to do with the project and give it to the negative smart arse in your studio who talks things down and never brings anything to the table; or (3) get somethi8ng that makes you proclaim, "You clever buggers! lets do this!"

Reality

This approach happen very often at my studio. It's a nice way to keep designers on their toes and involved in other peoples' projects.
